Forgotten Password Options
You can use these options to change your forgotten password, please select one of the three options below:
Reset by SMS
Reset your password using the mobile phone number provided during enrolment.
Reset by Email
Reset your password by using an external email address. To use this option you must be using an external email address for your college email or set a password reset email address.
Reset by Secret Question/Answer
Reset your password by using your secret question and answer.
Change a known valid password
Use this if you know your password and would like to change it. This will only work with current non-expired passwords, and accounts that are not locked out.
